215 Roads Points Repaired in East Jakarta

During the COVID-19 pandemic, East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency has repaired 215 road points in 10 sub-districts.

Because it is for the safety and comfort of road users and local residents

East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency Head, Muhammad Soleh stated, his side prioritized to repair major arterial roads such as Jl. Raya Bogor, Jl. DI. Panjaitan, Jl. Ahmad Yani, Jl. Raya Bekasi, and Jl. Inspeksi Kalimalang.

"During this pandemic, we have repaired 215 damaged road points, especially in major arterial roads that often crossed by vehicles every day," he explained, Friday (6/26).

According to him, this repair was done to follow up resident's complaint which received via CRM and from the monitoring result on the field.

"Length of each damaged road point that we repaired is around 50-100 meters. Some of them are like a spot with length only 1-3 meters. We cover it by asphalt as thick as 3 cm to repair it," he informed.

His side ensured to work optimally even though in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, especially to repair the damaged roads.

"Because it is for the safety and comfort of road users and local residents," he asserted.
